I started work for Nutricia in 1998. From the first moment I walked through the door for an interview, I was impressed. The building was in great condition with an open plan layout and the role was very appealing, but overall it was the people that impressed me the most. Everyone I came into contact with was very approachable and eager to help.

A job offer was made and I commenced my new role. In-house training with the team ensured I felt very secure in my new role. Nutricia supported me in the role and provided financial support for me to start studying CIMA in my own time.

My roles with Nutricia since accounts have been Customer Service Administrator (NHS), Customer Service Administrator (Retail), Homeward Team Leader and Homeward Support Manager. I recently moved into the Quality Services team writing Standard Operating Procedures and dealing with project work, such as Automated Complaints/Compliments and Intelligent Scanning of Prescriptions.

In summary, I am grateful to be working for a company that has given me such variety in my working life together with job satisfaction. I am pleased to say, the first impression I had of the people who work for the company is one that has been true to this very day.
