I relocated to join Nutricia's Medical marketing team from Manchester. Seven years on, I still have no regrets and no itch - although I am no longer in marketing!

From a marketing perspective Nutricia has been great for my development as you are really at the heart of the organisation, having to work across all functions and get involved in the business decision making process.

My previous marketing experience had been more consumer orientated so I was slightly concerned when joining. However, I soon learnt that Nutricia look at how you can use the skills you bring with you, as well as developing others, so I am definitely now a more all-round marketeer.

I moved out of marketing a year ago into a new commercial function. In other companies marketeers can be pigeon holed, so I'm not sure that I would have had this opportunity elsewhere. After seven years’ I can definitely say that Nutricia ‘gets you' so everyone in the organisation is passionate about the business and really works to make it a success.
