I joined Nutricia seven years ago as a Product Manager. At the time, I was looking to move closer to my fiancé and put an end to my weekly Paris-Bristol commute! Nutricia presented an exciting opportunity but I certainly never intended to stay for such a long time. Nutricia has been an excellent place to develop my career and working here has been very rewarding.
Following three promotions (I have changed roles/projects approximately every 18 months), I am now a Marketing Manager, with strategic and tactical responsibilities, enabling me to add real value to the business. During this time, Nutricia also sponsored my MBA, further helping to enhance my effectiveness and career path.

From a personal perspective, I have had two children within the last five years and although I now work part-time, this has not penalised my career progression. I have some fantastic colleagues and the company's culture makes Nutricia a great place to work.

Going forward, I am confident that I will continue to learn and develop in such a successful organisation. The ever changing market place creates many challenges and I am proud to be part of the team that helps Nutricia retain market leadership!
